Little Willie Dembski, Piltdown Fellow
Dr. Willie Dembski is Piltdown Fellow of the reDiscovery
Institute. He is founder of the Web Blog "Sex, Lies and DNA", where he
expounds on the study of biology. But he never does any biology himself,
nor does he publish anything in peer-reviewed journals. He is a con artist
of a mathematician, a fake-philosopher and biological charlatan. He is
the Assistant Secretary of the Ann Coulter Fan Club. He works diligently
at the task of CV puffery, referring to himself as a PUBLIC
INTELLECTUAL. He is the author of Creative Creationism:
Dissimulating for God, and the best seller in the home schooling
market, The Old Testament: A Practical and Complete Study Guide for
Calculus and Analytical Geometry.
Little Willie balances his important obligations as Chief Executive
Director of the Advanced International Institute of Pretentious Designations and
Academic Titles with his work as Principle Investigator of the Center of the
Absence of Substance and Lack of Progress. Dembski is the primo- big- enchilada-
head- honcho- big- fish- important- guy of the Society for the Promotion of
Pseudoscientific Confusion.
In The Design Deduction: Bad Man does Bad Math, Little Willie shows how
dishonesty, along with errors in assumptions, logic, statistics, algebra, long
division and grammar lead to totally fantastic and unbelievable conclusions. The
sequel to The Design Deduction, entitled No Free Lunch: Why Brains Cannot Be
Begged, Borrowed or Stolen, Willie repeats the same arguments verbatim - only the
titles distinguish these two books. Little Willie's most recent book is a
co-edited collection with Gimmick the Jerk (aka Michael Ruse), entitled TV Scientists on
Quaalude: Joined at the Hip. Little Willie has just received a big advance on his
next book, entitled Colons: Every Book Title Needs One: Maybe Even Two.
One of Little Willie's famous quotes:
"A theory is more impressive the greater the complexity
of its premises, the fewer the kinds of things it relates,
and the less extended its range of applicability.
Therefore, the deep impression which Intelligent Design made on me.
It is the only physical theory with a built in on/off switch.
I am convinced, as the framework of applicability
of its basic concepts approaches a volume of zero,
Intelligent Design will never go away.
